During your child's visits we want you to discuss any ongoing concerns you may have. Our providers will address all aspects of mental and physical needs. In hopes to establish a long-term relationship we want to anticipate your child’s health needs as they mature. Our providers strongly support immunizations and encourage these discussions at every visit.
We would like to see your newborn for his or her first appointment one to three days after being discharged from the hospital. We ask that you please bring your newborn’s hospital discharge summary to your appointment. The following are the ages we continue to see them for their wellness exams and immunizations:

After age 5 we recommend that your child be seen for a well child exam once a year. We are here to see your child through their 18th birthday.
Our office offers year-round sports physicals as most schools require a completed physical form to allow participation in sports for the following season.
